We are looking to establish a long-term, flexible partnership with a creative and dependable advertising agency that can support our ongoing demand for Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and branding solutions across Ethiopia.

This tender is not for a one-time order. The selected agency will be engaged on a framework basis, with DKT Ethiopia issuing print orders on a rolling basis as per operational needs.

 

Scope of Services Required

The successful agency will provide design, production, and timely delivery of various POSM and branding materials, including but not limited to:

• Creative Design – Visually striking, culturally relevant, and brand-aligned assets
• High-Quality Printing – Durable, smudge/fade-resistant materials suited for Ethiopia’s diverse environments
• Branding Execution – Promotional items, office branding, and in-field display materials

Agencies are invited to submit a comprehensive proposal containing:

2. Design Portfolio – Evidence of POSM or branding work
3. Technical Proposal – Concepts, materials, production schedule
4. Financial Offer – Detailed price breakdown, including optional discounts for scale
5. Legal Docs – Valid trade license, VAT/TIN certificate
