Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand marketing strategies for SRH and related health products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on marketing expertise, and creative problem-solving to grow brand visibility, increase consumer engagement, and drive adoption of health products. The ideal candidate has solid marketing experience in FMCG, health products, or social marketing and is passionate about creating social impact through effective brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for SRH and health products.
- Develop annual brand marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs to measure success.
- Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Plan, oversee, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, and community outreach).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality promotional content, including graphics, videos, and educational materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
- Product & Brand Lifecycle Management
- Manage the brand portfolio across products, tracking market performance, sales trends, and consumer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
- Recommend brand enhancements, product line extensions, or new product opportunities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, communications, medical) and external partners (agencies, NGOs, distributors) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Support training and capacity building for sales and marketing teams on brand strategy, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent DKT Ethiopia at industry events, forums, and workshops to strengthen brand presence.
- Innovation & Digital Marketing
- Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches, including digital campaigns, influencer engagement, and community-driven initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social marketing innovations, and consumer behavior to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in brand marketing/management.
- Hands-on experience in FMCG, health product, or social marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Position Summary
The Communication Officer will be responsible for managing DKT Ethiopia’s corporate communication and visibility among key stakeholders, documenting and showcasing organizational successes, and producing regular internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and digital content. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing, storytelling, and content production skills, capable of elevating DKT Ethiopia’s profile in the SRH and public health sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Visibility
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance DKT Ethiopia’s visibility among donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare press releases, talking points, briefings, and corporate messages for internal and external audiences.
- Support media engagement, including interviews, press conferences, and events.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Content Creation & Storytelling
- Capture, document, and produce success stories, case studies, and program highlights showcasing the impact of DKT Ethiopia’s work.
- Develop and manage regular newsletters, updates, and reports for internal teams and external partners.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or content development, preferably in NGOs, social marketing, or public health organizations.
- Proven experience in writing, editing, storytelling, and content production.
- Experience managing digital communications and social media channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop), and social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) or public health communications is an advantage.

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
- Call Handling
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and with empathy.
- Provide counseling on family planning, safe abortion information, STI/HIV prevention, and other SRH topics.
- Record client information, type of call, and outcomes in the system.
Sales & Customer Support
- Handle product inquiries and direct clients to the correct sales representative.
- Document complaints, requests, and feedback.
Partner Clinic Follow-up
- Contact clinics to follow up on referrals, client visits, and project activities.
- Track services provided and report gaps or issues to the supervisor.
Data Recording & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call logs and counseling notes.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or BSc in Nursing, Midwifery, or related health field with a valid license.

Duties and Responsibilities. /Supervision & Operations
- Lead and supervise call center agents and part-time counselors.
- Ensure calls are handled according to DKT’s standards and counseling protocols.
- Manage call schedules, attendance, and performance of all team members.
- Coordinate with the Contact Solution provider for smooth system operation.
Clinical & SRH Counseling Oversight
- Provide accurate, confidential SRH counseling (FP, safe abortion information, HIV/STI prevention, and related topics).
- Support junior agents on clinical questions and escalation cases.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to national SRH guidelines.
Sales & Customer Support

Purpose of the Valuation:

These vehicles are being prepared for sale through a competitive bidding process. The valuation will be used to establish a fair and justifiable minimum selling price for each vehicle.
- Determine Current Market Value for Financial Reporting (43 Vehicles):
These vehicles have reached the end of their useful life per financial records (fully depreciated), but remain operational and functional. Therefore, a current market value assessment is required for financial statement accuracy and asset management purposes..
Scope of Work:
- Conduct physical inspection of each vehicle.
- Record and evaluate vehicle condition, mileage, maintenance status, and performance.
