DKT Ethiopia successfully concluded the OPTions Initiative Project Close-Out and SABA Partner Clinic Discussion Workshop at the Golden Tulip Hotel, bringing together partner clinics, stakeholders, and project teams to reflect on achievements, strengthen partnerships, and discuss the path forward.
The workshop marked an important milestone in the implementation of the OPTions Initiative, providing an opportunity to celebrate the project’s accomplishments, share lessons learned, and identify priorities for sustaining and expanding access to quality sexual and reproductive health services in Ethiopia.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Grand Challenges Canada (GCC) for their generous support and invaluable partnership throughout the implementation of the OPTions Initiative. Their commitment has been instrumental in advancing innovative approaches that improve access to essential healthcare services and strengthen community health systems.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of certificates of appreciation to our SABA partner clinics. These certificates recognized the outstanding commitment, collaboration, and dedication demonstrated by our partners throughout the life of the project. Their tireless efforts have played a vital role in the initiative’s success and in improving access to quality healthcare for the communities they serve.
The workshop also served as a platform for meaningful discussions on future collaboration, sustainability, and opportunities to build on the progress achieved. By bringing together partners to exchange experiences and ideas, the event reinforced the shared commitment to delivering lasting impact through strong partnerships.
