DKT Ethiopia invites qualified, innovative, and reliable advertising agencies to bid for the provision of design, printing, and production services for a wide range of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and branding tools. These materials play a crucial role in promoting informed choices, awareness, and behavior change among communities and health providers across the country.

Important: This is not a one-time procurement. The awarded vendor/vendors will be contracted under a framework agreement with the potential for multiple orders placed throughout the year, based on operational needs and campaign rollouts.

Scope of Services

The successful agency will be responsible for:

• Creative Design & Concept Development
  Culturally sensitive, brand-compliant, and visually impactful designs tailored for health communication.
  Note: Submitted concepts will carry a significant weight (30%) in the evaluation process.
• High-Quality Printing
  Production of fade-resistant, waterproof, and durable materials suitable for long-term field use in clinics, pharmacies, and outdoor environments.
• Promotional & Branding Solutions
  Includes branded office items, visual aids, and various in-field display formats.

Design and printing quotes must be submitted separately to ensure a transparent evaluation process.

Bid Submission Requirements

Eligible agencies must submit a well-structured proposal including:

1. Company Profile
   • Legal registration, ownership structure, contact details
   • Background in POSM, branding, FMCG, health, or development sectors
2. Portfolio of Past Work
   • At least 3 samples related to POSM or health/social marketing campaigns
3. Technical Proposal
   • Creative concepts tailored to DKT Ethiopia’s mission
   • Production lead time, quality assurance, and risk mitigation strategies
4. Financial Offer (Design & Printing separated)
   • Detailed cost breakdown by item, including volume-based discounts
   • Pricing validity period, tax inclusions, and payment terms
5. Legal & Compliance Documents
   • Valid business license, VAT and TIN registration certificates

• Shortlisted bidders may be requested to present concepts or samples during a second-round review.
